NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on December 1, 2022 at 7:15 PM via Zoom meeting, the following application was denied:

It was VOTED to deny with prejudice application for Kathleen Neuhausser for Joseph ET AL Ruzbasan, 140 Sandy Beach Road - Excavate for new foundation.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
