NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION


At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on April 7, 2022 at 7:15 PM via Zoom meeting, the following applications were approved:

Churchill Building Company, 91 Hillhouse Road - To construct a tennis court with drainage in the upland review area.

Granted to The Town of Goshen and declared a permitted right of use per section 4.2E of the Goshen Inland Wetlands Regulations to install a Dry Hydrant at 38 Torrington Road.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
