NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION


At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on May 6, 2021 at 7:15 PM via Zoom meeting, the following applications were approved:

Lumi Investments CT LLC – Lot 609 Dresden Circle, Assessor’s Map 065 Lot 098 – Construct a driveway crossing wetlands to access the proposed house and well in the upland regulated area.  This will include underground utilities in the edge of the driveway fill and a cross culvert

The file for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
