NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION


 

At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on June 3, 2021 at 7:15 PM via Zoom meeting, the following applications were approved:

Fiona Bohane - 193 East Street North - Construction of 20’x40’ pole barn within the regulated area.  This will include all conditions under the original application.

Artel Engineering, Michelle Micoli for Margaret M and Harold R. Wilson - 96 Sandy Beach Road for a new septic system and replacing the shed with a condition of adding 12 inch corelog to separate the construction of septic system from wetlands using a plan dated April 6, 2021.

Joseph and Jessica Welsh - 114B Town Hill Road - construct driveway with associated drainage, replace footbridge over river and plant trees in review area, and future dwelling and septic with drawing dated May 4, 2021.

Rachel and Anthony Barkow - Lot #121  West Hyerdale Drive - construct dwelling, driveway, utilities and footbridge with plans revised dated June 2, 2021.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
