NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on August 5, 2021 at 7:15 PM at the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, and via ZOOM the following applications were approved:

To determine the activities described in the matter of Justin Watley, 6 Shearshop Road - Pond irrigation for hay fields hooking up irrigation for agricultural use per regulation 4.1A of the Town of Goshen Inland Wetlands Regulations.

To determine the activities described in the matter of Carl and Leslie Contadini, 300 Bartholomew Hill Road - Farm Pond maintenance, removal of weeds per regulation 4.1A agricultural use of the Town of Goshen Inland Wetlands Regulations.
 

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street.
